Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Lawyer (Real Estate & Corporate Law).
Salary:
- €4,000–4,500 per month.
- Performance-based bonus.

Work arrangement:
- On-site, in-house role in Limassol.
Main duties:
- Lead Cyprus real-estate transactions from structuring through closing, assess legal risk, and give practical recommendations to management and investors.
- Conduct and supervise due diligence on assets and property-holding companies, including title, encumbrances, permits, planning status, zoning and utilities.
- Draft, review and negotiate sale and purchase agreements, share purchase agreements, reservations, escrow arrangements, security documents and related instruments.
- Liaise with the Land Registry, planning and building authorities, the Tax Department and other public bodies.
- Advise on long- and short-term leases, landlord–tenant issues, disputes and property operations.
- Support property-tax analysis, corporate governance, resolutions, share transfers and structural or management changes.
- Coordinate with investment, finance and operations teams and external advisers to bring matters to completion.
Requirements:
- Recognised law degree.
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in Cyprus real-estate law.
- Strong command of Cyprus real-estate and corporate law, construction and planning rules, and lease, sale and mortgage frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and organisational skills.
- Strong spoken and written English together with Russian or Greek.
- Integrity, sound judgement and the ability to prioritise and complete work independently.
- Cyprus Bar membership, labour or migration-law experience, Greek-language authority work or team mentoring are advantages.
