Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Junior Lawyer.
Main duties:
- Draft and review corporate, finance and commercial agreements.
- Liaise with public authorities and support company formations and administration.
- Prepare legal applications, opinions and transaction documentation.
Requirements:
- Law degree and membership of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Two to three years of relevant experience.
- Excellent Greek and English; Russian is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Cyprus company law and office software.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00.
- Friday, 09:00–15:00.
