Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Finance Manager.
Salary:
- €36,000 per year.

Work arrangement:
- On-site in Paphos, reporting to the CFO.
Main duties:
- Run day-to-day accounts payable, receivable, banking and general-ledger activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and resolve differences with the operations team.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and balance-sheet supporting schedules.
- Manage VAT and statutory reporting and coordinate year-end audit preparation.
- Prepare cash-flow forecasts, budgets and financial forecasts, explaining variances.
- Provide management with financial insights and strengthen controls and processes.
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in a finance department.
- Experience in a product-based business and practical stock-reconciliation knowledge.
- Strong double-entry bookkeeping and month-end closing skills.
- Fluent English.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
- Accuracy, organisation and eligibility to work on-site in Cyprus.
- Full or part ACCA, ACA, CIMA or AAT qualification is an advantage.
- QuickBooks, multi-currency accounting and Cyprus VAT or tax knowledge are advantageous.
