Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Sales & Marketing Officer.
Salary:
- €45,000–€50,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work arrangement:
- On-site in Limassol
Main duties:
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability across a multi-site bakery retail network.
- Train shop staff in product knowledge, upselling, promotions and customer service.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, Google, email and web.
- Protect brand consistency and improve in-store merchandising.
- Plan seasonal promotions and product launches with production and operations teams.
- Monitor sales data, customer trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- At least five years’ sales or marketing experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, food, bakery or hospitality.
- Hands-on digital marketing, social media, content and analytics knowledge.
- Proven commercial, merchandising, promotional and brand-building ability.
- Creative, data-aware and results-driven approach with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English and a valid driving licence.
