**Main duties:**
- Build and execute the annual marketing calendar for seasonal campaigns, launches, collaborations, events and commercial moments.
- Plan, write, schedule and manage social-media content and community engagement across digital channels.
- Create and coordinate photography, video, reels, stories and product-led content with external creative partners.
- Keep the website and online channels accurate, current and consistent with the brand.
- Manage in-store marketing and point-of-sale materials from artwork approval through printing and implementation.
- Coordinate campaigns and launches with management and store teams, and develop partnerships, influencer activity, PR and events.
- Monitor international food, coffee, hospitality, wellness, retail and digital-media trends and translate them into relevant ideas.
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated marketing, content and social-media management experience.
- Strong copywriting, visual judgement, project coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate creative suppliers and multiple campaigns to deadline.
- Commercial awareness and interest in hospitality, lifestyle, food and retail trends.
- Clear communication and close collaboration with operational teams.
