Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Quantity Surveyor.
Salary:
- €2,000–€3,500 per month.

Main duties:
- Measure and price new and discrete works and prepare tender pricing documents.
- Prepare estimates, assess completed works and evaluate final accounts.
- Check and value ordered works against contractual requirements.
- Prepare fixed-price quotations and support contract budgets and financial reporting.
- Participate in tendering and financial assessments.
- Follow all applicable health, safety and environmental requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- At least three years’ relevant experience, or ten years for a senior role.
- Knowledge of schedule-of-rates work is an advantage.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prepare accurate, concise documentation.
- Strong communication, teamwork and Microsoft Office skills.
- Professional membership such as RICS is an advantage.
