Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Compliance Officer.

Main duties:
- Own the compliance framework of a regulated investment firm and report directly to senior management and the board.
- Prepare the compliance risk assessment, monitoring programme and annual compliance report.
- Maintain policies, procedures, staff training and product-clearance controls.
- Act as the main liaison with CySEC and monitor regulatory developments under MiFID II, the Investment Services Law and relevant CySEC and ESMA rules.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Valid CySEC Advanced Certification and registration in the CySEC public register.
- Significant compliance experience in a Cyprus investment firm or MiFID-regulated environment.
- Strong technical judgement, independence, structure and senior-stakeholder communication.
