Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Quantity Surveyor.

Work arrangement:
- On-site in Nicosia with project and stakeholder visits
Main duties:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, project cost plans and feasibility or value-engineering reviews.
- Develop tender and contract documentation, including Bills of Quantities.
- Monitor construction progress, costs, cash flow, forecasts and financial risks.
- Assess contractor and subcontractor valuations, payment applications and variations.
- Support final accounts and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, preferably RICS-accredited, or Civil Engineering.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Native-level Greek and fluent English.
- Strong numerical, analytical, organisational and teamwork skills; CostX or similar software is advantageous.
