FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Mayfair Hotels, a family-owned hospitality business established in 1983, is seeking a Front Office Manager for its hotel in Paphos.
With authentic hospitality at the heart of our vision, we work together as a family to exceed our guests’ expectations. We are looking for an organised, guest-focused leader to manage our Front Office team and ensure a welcoming and smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily Front Office operations, ensuring efficient check-in, check-out and guest service.
· Lead, train and support the team, maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
· Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties to ensure appropriate coverage.
· Oversee reservations, room allocation and guest requests in coordination with the relevant departments.
· Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
· Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room readiness and address guest needs.
· Monitor billing, payments and cash-handling procedures to ensure accuracy.
· Review daily operational reports and communicate priorities to the team and management.
· Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, including guest privacy and health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
· Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a hotel.
· Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
· A guest-focused approach and the ability to resolve problems calmly and effectively.
· Good command of Greek and English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
· Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
· Knowledge of reservations, reception procedures and billing processes.
· A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field will be considered an advantage.
· Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
