On behalf of our client, a boutique and well-established corporate law firm based in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Secretary / Corporate Administrator to join their growing team.

The firm provides legal and corporate services to both local and international clients, specializing in corporate structuring, company administration, real estate transactions, commercial agreements, banking matters, and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day corporate administration for a portfolio of local and international companies

• Handle company incorporations, corporate restructurings, and amendments

• Prepare and submit documentation and filings to the Registrar of Companies, including HE32 forms and other statutory documents

• Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and company files

• Assist with immigration-related procedures and applications

• Prepare invoices and support billing processes

• Liaise with clients, government authorities, banks, and external service providers

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and regulatory obligations

• Provide administrative support to the legal and corporate services team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within a corporate services provider, fiduciary firm, or law firm

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

• Very good command of Greek, both written and spoken

• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and professional typing skills in both English and Greek

• Practical experience with company incorporations, corporate changes, Registrar filings, invoicing, immigration procedures, and corporate administration

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative, and client-focused team
