Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Office Administrator & Management Support.

Salary:

- €16,900–€22,100 yearly

Employment type:

- Full-time, permanent

Work arrangement:

- On-site office work in Nicosia

Main duties:

- Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to management and colleagues.

- Help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

- Arrange business travel and prepare itineraries, including transport and accommodation bookings.

- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.

- Prepare professional documents, letters, reports and correspondence.

- Oversee office supplies, travel administration and expense processing.

- Work closely with senior management and colleagues across the wider international group.

Requirements:

- At least three years of experience in a similar position.

- Very good written and spoken English, which is the workplace’s official language.

- Good written and spoken Greek.

- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook, with strong general computer literacy.

- Good organisation and time-management skills.

- Strong responsibility, reliability and confidentiality.

- Pleasant, courteous and client-oriented approach.

- Accounting knowledge and experience is a strong advantage but is not essential.

- Logistics or import/export experience is an advantage but is not essential.

- Qualification in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration or another relevant field is an advantage; relevant practical experience may substitute.
