Main duties:
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
- Organise daily operations, staff schedules and priorities.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Manage stock, deliveries and inventory procedures.
- Maintain customer-service, visual-merchandising and presentation standards.
- Act as a hands-on role model in selling and service.
Requirements:
- At least three years of retail-management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Commercial, results-driven approach and confidence with KPIs.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organisation and problem solving.
- Good Excel, email and computer skills; ERP experience is an advantage.
- Genuine interest in home, interior design and contemporary lifestyle trends.
