Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Site Engineer / Site Supervisor.

Work arrangement:
- On-site in Limassol and surrounding areas.
Main duties:
- Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate site personnel and subcontractors.
- Read architectural, structural and MEP drawings, follow construction sequences and check work against project documents.
- Identify discrepancies, errors and potential delays early, communicate them to the project team and help prevent rework.
- Arrange material orders and deliveries according to project needs.
- Maintain site records, monitor progress and measure completed works.
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering degree.
- Both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome; comparable site experience is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and documentation.
- Microsoft Office and AutoCAD familiarity are preferred; Microsoft Project knowledge is an additional advantage.
- Organisation, reliability and a responsible approach.
- English is required; Greek and/or Russian are advantageous.
