Junior Lawyer – Limassol
We are recruiting a Junior Lawyer to join the in-house legal team of an established organisation operating within the property development and construction sector in Limassol.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer looking to develop their career in-house and gain broad exposure across real estate, commercial contracts, corporate matters and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review property sale agreements, reservation agreements and related documentation.
- Assist with property transfers, title deeds, mortgages and Land Registry matters.
- Draft and review commercial agreements, supplier contracts, subcontracts, NDAs and service agreements.
- Support the legal team on construction-related contractual matters and disputes.
- Maintain corporate records, resolutions, minutes and Registrar of Companies filings.
- Assist with AML/KYC and general compliance requirements.
- Conduct legal research and support litigation matters where required.
- Provide general legal support to different departments across the business.
Requirements
- Law degree and registration with the Cyprus Bar Association (Ideal but not a must)
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Previous exposure to real estate, conveyancing, construction or commercial law would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical legal support.
