Role Overview
Stealth72 is recruiting an experienced Accountant for an established real estate development group in Limassol.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting and month-end procedures, working closely with the Finance Manager and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and general ledger entries.
- Handle monthly and year-end closing, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Prepare VAT returns and support tax compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Monitor payables, receivables and cash flow.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and project cost monitoring.
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Support improvements to accounting systems and financial procedures.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT and Cyprus tax requirements.
- Experience with month-end closing and external audits.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Real estate or construction experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
