Mayfair Hotels, a family-run hospitality group with properties in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded E-commerce Manager to strengthen our digital presence and drive online revenue growth across our hotel portfolio.
The Role
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for maximising direct bookings, optimising digital marketing performance, managing online distribution channels and continuously improving the online booking experience.
Working closely with our Sales & Marketing Director, Sales Manager and Marketing & Content Executive, the successful candidate will combine analytical thinking, commercial awareness and hands-on digital expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct website bookings and optimise online revenue performance.
- Manage Google Ads, Hotel Ads, metasearch and digital marketing budgets, while overseeing Meta Ads performance.
- Improve website conversion, booking engine performance and the online customer journey.
- Manage OTA distribution, online visibility, online rates and restrictions in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate SEO initiatives, email marketing automation and digital partners.
- Analyse digital performance, identify opportunities and provide actionable commercial recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hotel e-commerce, digital marketing or online distribution is preferred.
- Strong understanding of booking engines, OTA platforms, Google Ads, GA4 and digital analytics.
- A commercially driven, analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
