EasyConferences is involved in organizing conferences in Cyprus and abroad. As a result of our business and operational expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in the Conference Manager position.

Profile

The Conference Manager will interact closely with organisers, clients, and suppliers to ensure the seamless planning and coordination of conferences and other events organised by the company.

Key Responsibilities

✓ Manage conferences through company software.

✓ Negotiate with suppliers and collaborators.

✓ Liaise with conference delegates.

✓ Liaise with local organisers and conference contributors.

✓ Coordinate with the rest of the team for a smooth office operation.

✓ Attend conferences and manage all on-site conference logistics.

✓ Prepare reports related to the conferences.

✓ Liaise with Local Authorities when required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Excellent command of the English and Greek languages. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage.
Very good level of computer literacy, in particular with Microsoft Oﬀice Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Previous experience of at least 5 years in a related field.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Understanding of conference planning, organisation, and execution.
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong customer service skills.
Willingness to work individually and as a member of a team.
A can-do attitude, with a high level of personal motivation.University degree in Event Management or related field.
Willingness to work on-site at conferences, both in Cyprus and abroad (fieldwork).
