Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Commercial Director.

Salary:

- €4,000–4,500 monthly.

Employment type:

- Full-time.

Work arrangement:

- On-site.

Main duties:

- Define and execute the commercial strategy and annual business plan.

- Drive revenue, sales volume, gross margin and overall profitability.

- Develop new customers, suppliers, distribution partners, brands and markets.

- Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

- Lead major negotiations covering pricing, trading terms and commercial agreements.

- Own and monitor the commercial P&L, including revenue, margins and operating costs.

- Establish targets and KPIs and track delivery against agreed objectives.

- Lead and develop the commercial team with clear accountability.

- Coordinate closely with Finance, Operations, HR, Legal and group functions.

- Report commercial performance, risks and growth opportunities to senior leadership.

- Support logistics, trading and supply-chain activity when required.

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years of commercial or trading experience.

- Five to seven years in leadership positions.

- Strong negotiation, business-development and P&L-management capability.

- Knowledge of trade finance, international logistics and Incoterms.

- University degree in Business, Economics, International Trade or a related field.

- Fluent English and Greek; an additional language is an advantage.

- Experience in FMCG, beverages, wholesale, distribution or international trading is strongly preferred.

- Experience managing an international entity and an MBA are advantages.

- Knowledge of Cyprus corporate or tax considerations, or readiness to learn them quickly.
