Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Compliance Officer.

**Main duties:**
- Monitor compliance with AML/CFT laws, regulatory directives and internal policies.
- Design and assess controls, identify weaknesses and recommend corrective measures.
- Evaluate information and prepare required reports for MOKAS, ICPAC and the Board.
- Review KYC files, assess client risk and recommend acceptance or rejection.
- Ensure periodic reviews for high-, medium- and low-risk clients and keep due-diligence records current.
- Advise departments and authorities, maintain professional development and promote an ethical compliance culture.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Law, Business or a related field and an AML certification.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Strong Company Law, AML, KYC, transaction-review and GDPR knowledge.
- Excellent Greek and English and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- High ethical standards, accuracy, organisation, communication, teamwork, initiative and resilience under pressure.
