Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Compliance & Audit Associate.
Salary:
- €1,000–€1,800 gross monthly

Work arrangement:
- Hybrid work based in Nicosia; the hybrid arrangement begins after the probationary period
Main duties:
- Support regulatory-compliance, advisory and internal-audit engagements for regulated financial institutions and other organisations.
- Research regulatory matters and assist with regulatory and risk assessments.
- Prepare reports, trackers, presentations and other client deliverables.
- Help prepare professional-training materials.
- Coordinate with colleagues and clients so projects are completed on time.
- Maintain professional, accurate and confidential working standards.
- Progressively take responsibility for defined workstreams and deliverables under senior-team guidance.
Requirements:
- University degree recognised in the Republic of Cyprus in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or another relevant field.
- One to three years of relevant experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, consulting or a regulated financial institution; recent graduates with relevant internship or practical experience may also be considered.
- Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking and professional writing skills.
- Reliability, confidentiality, willingness to learn and effective teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
- CySEC Basic, Advanced or AML certification, ACA, ACCA or another relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00.
- Friday, 09:00–14:00.
- Six-month probationary period.
