Salary:
- €1,600–€1,800 gross per month.

Main duties:
- Manage daily store operations and lead the team.
- Drive sales performance and achievement of store targets.
- Maintain high customer-service standards.
- Organise priorities, tasks, merchandising, stock and replenishment.
- Train and develop team members.
- Coordinate store activity with head office.
Requirements:
- Previous responsibility in a retail or fashion environment.
- Proven ability to lead a team and handle daily issues calmly.
- Commercial and customer-focused mindset.
- Initiative and accountability.
- Good command of Greek and English.
- A relevant degree is an advantage.
