Salary:
- €1,300–€1,400 gross per month.

Work arrangement:

Main duties:
- Coordinate and support the sales team.
- Organise daily priorities and take an active role on the sales floor.
- Guide employees and work with the Store Manager on team targets.
- Support merchandising, stock replenishment and customer service.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail or fashion.
- Ability to organise and support a small team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Initiative, responsibility and the ability to guide colleagues.
- Good command of Greek and English.
