We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Executive to join a growing hospitality team in Paphos.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that assigned properties are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned properties, both indoors and outdoors.
- Perform dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning and other housekeeping duties.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
- Carry out routine property inspections and report any maintenance issues or deficiencies.
- Maintain and organise supply rooms.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Drive the housekeeping team to different properties using a company vehicle.
- Support the team with additional duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to handle cleaning machinery and heavy equipment.
- Good communication skills in Greek and English.
- Valid EU driving licence.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, organised and responsible approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Gross salary: €1,100 – €1,350 per month, depending on skills and experience.
- 6 working days per week / 1 day off, Monday to Sunday.
- Flexible working hours, typically 10:00–18:00 or 11:00–19:00, depending on operational needs.
- Flexibility required during peak season, weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.
- Public holidays worked are exchanged for equivalent days off.
