Main duties:
- Lead information-security strategy, cyber resilience and ICT governance.
- Maintain security policies, controls and risk-management frameworks.
- Coordinate regulatory readiness for DORA, NIS2, PSD2, PCI and data-protection obligations.
- Oversee audits, penetration tests, incident preparedness and staff awareness.
Requirements:
- Senior-level security leadership and sound judgement in regulated environments.
- Ability to advise executives and work with risk, compliance, privacy and AML functions.
- Strong knowledge of cyber-resilience governance and regulatory expectations.
