Main duties:
- Define the technology strategy, architecture roadmap and delivery priorities.
- Manage IT operations, budgets, vendors, projects, service levels and major incidents.
- Ensure technology governance and compliance with DORA, GDPR and PCI obligations.
- Build team capacity, succession plans and productive cross-department cooperation.
Requirements:
- Senior technology leadership and experience managing complex operational environments.
- Strong governance, risk, vendor and programme-management skills.
- Ability to translate business priorities into resilient technology services.
