Main duties:
- Manage and improve the e-commerce site, product catalogue, pricing, promotions and customer journey.
- Plan digital campaigns across search, social, email and paid media to grow traffic, conversion and sales.
- Analyse website, campaign and customer-behaviour data and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate digital content, launches and seasonal promotions with internal teams.
- Research competitors and emerging e-commerce, AI and consumer trends.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Hands-on digital-marketing and e-commerce experience.
- Working knowledge of analytics, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social advertising and email marketing.
- Commercial judgement, creativity, analytical ability and strong organisation.
