Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for a Hotel Administrator / Executive Assistant to the Hotel Director.

Salary: €1,500–1,700 per month

Job details

- Provide daily administrative and secretarial support to the Hotel Director.

- Prepare correspondence, reports, documents and presentations.

- Organise meetings, appointments and management schedules.

- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on actions and deadlines.

- Coordinate communication and documentation between Management and Department Heads.

- Maintain contracts, records, files, licences and other hotel documentation.

- Assist with HR administration, recruitment documentation and staff records.

- Liaise with suppliers, partners and external organisations when required.

- Assist with ISO, quality, compliance and hotel procedures.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Follow up on tasks assigned by the Hotel Director and report on their progress.
