Work arrangement:
Main duties:
- Provide general IT support and maintain a professional, high-quality service for staff and research operations.
- Contribute to the design and development of appropriate IT solutions for the workplace.
- Diagnose technical issues, support information systems and help improve the reliability and usability of IT services.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and research units while documenting and communicating solutions clearly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- A relevant master’s degree, or a master’s degree in another discipline plus two additional years of relevant experience.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong service orientation, problem-solving skills, technical judgement and ability to work with varied users.
