Main duties:
- Manage a diverse client portfolio within agreed budgets and deadlines.
- Plan engagements, monitor budgets and report progress to directors or partners.
- Review audit work to ensure planning, execution and completion comply with ISAs and the applicable methodology.
- Communicate with clients by email, phone, online meetings and in person.
- Review or prepare IFRS financial statements, tax returns and tax computations.
- Supervise, coach and support junior team members.
- Manage timely client billing and fee collection and prepare audit or advisory proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- More than seven years of relevant audit-department experience in an accounting firm.
- Excellent Caseware and e-audit knowledge, with good understanding of the Cyprus tax framework.
- Excellent Greek and English, strong technical and analytical skills, leadership and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Advisory-services experience is advantageous.
