COMPANY SECRETARY

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus

Short job description:

IANUS is looking to hire a Company Secretary to join our fast-growing team of passionate and enthusiastic professionals. The new team member will play an important role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the company.

Job Role & Key Responsibilities

· Work on a full-time basis for handling a smooth administrator next to Director’s office.

· Ensure the smooth operation of the company daily.

· Coordinate administrational activities as assigned.

· File, store and retrieve corporate documents.

· Prepare correspondence/ memorandums/ agendas, take minutes and assist in ad-hoc projects.

· Meeting management

· Travel arrangements

Job Requirements

· University or College degree in related field.

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Knowledge in accounting.

· Previous experience in on-line accounting platforms.

· Availability to travel abroad mainly to European countries.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek language.

· Comfortable in multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Easy-going personality and organizational skills, responsible and attentive to detail.

· Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
