Main duties:
- Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff, students and visitors.
- Help identify and implement practical solutions to IT problems within strict response deadlines.
- Investigate issues and recommend improvements to technology resources and services.
- Support the audio-visual and IT requirements of campus events and activities.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers and related systems.
- Repair or replace IT and audio-visual equipment when needed.
- Support IT asset management, stock control and technology procurement.
- Learn and apply new technologies that improve educational services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computing or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 systems.
- At least two years of experience in an IT-related position, with competence in Windows-based applications.
- Ability to maintain IT and audio-visual equipment.
- Excellent Greek and English.
- Punctuality, discipline, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
