Main duties:
- Lead day-to-day store operations and performance in line with operational standards, policies and values.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to meet business, financial and commercial targets.
- Manage staffing, schedules, responsibilities and other store resources.
- Lead, coach and train the team, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain excellent customer service and use feedback and local insight to improve the customer experience.
- Oversee cash, inventory, equipment and protection of store assets.
- Maintain compliance with employment law, internal procedures, health and safety requirements and company initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least four years of management experience with responsibility for a store and team.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of food-and-beverage store operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organisation and planning.
- Analytical use of business and financial data and experience meeting commercial targets.
- Problem-solving, adaptability and fluent English.
