Position: Programmatic Media Buyer
Location: Limassol / Paphos / Nicosia
On behalf of our client, an affiliate marketing and iGaming company, we are looking to hire a Programmatic Media Buyer for their offices in Limassol & Nicosia & Paphos.
Role Responsibilities:
- Set up, optimise, and manage RTB/programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms and ad formats.
- Analyse performance data and continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI, CPA, and conversions.
- Handle daily campaign management, including bidding, budgeting, creative updates, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign delivery and resolve issues related to tracking, viewability, and brand safety.
- Test and optimise audiences, targeting strategies, and creative variations.
- Collaborate with creative teams and share performance insights with internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.
- Experience working with major ad networks across formats such as Display, Native, Pre-roll, Push, and Pop-under.
- Proven ability to build, optimise, and scale CPM/CPC campaigns.
- Solid understanding of RTB processes, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Experience with tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, creative performance analysis, and brand safety standards.
- Excellent English communication skills: additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
