Position: Affiliate Manager
Location: Limassol or Paphos or Nicosia
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a commercially driven Affiliate Manager to join their performance marketing team. The role focuses on building, managing, and scaling external partner relationships while driving measurable growth through data-led optimisation and strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a strong portfolio of affiliate partners by sourcing, onboarding, and managing publishers, influencers, and digital traffic partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner communication, negotiations, and ongoing relationship management.
- Monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to improve ROI, efficiency, and overall results.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the affiliate and performance marketing space.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, technical, and content) to ensure alignment of partner activity with wider marketing strategy.
- Analyse performance data to identify scaling opportunities and optimise underperforming campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen partnerships and expand network reach.
Requirements
- Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing is highly preferred.
- Backgrounds in data, business, analytics, statistics, or related fields will Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CR, EPC, and LTV.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus).
