Position: Digital Marketing Executive / Media Sales
Location: Paphos/Nicosia/Limassol
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing and innovative affiliate marketing and iGaming company based in Cyprus, we are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive / Media Sales professional to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact businesses and potential advertisers to generate high-quality leads
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development
• Identify, suggest, and test new sales and marketing approaches based on client needs
• Develop existing client accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding partnerships
• Analyse marketing and sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
• Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize performance and ROI
• Conduct A/B testing and evaluate results to improve strategies and outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current marketing partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and exhibitions when required
Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in digital marketing, media sales, or the online marketing industry will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data accurately
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
