Position: Marketing Data Analyst
Location: Limassol or Paphos or Nicosia
On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a Marketing Data Analyst to join a fast-paced and growing affiliate marketing and iGaming company. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys turning numbers into actionable insights and supporting business growth through informed marketing decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to analyse performance, identify trends and opportunities, and help shape strategic decisions through data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse marketing and business data using critical thinking and quantitative methods to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Support decision-making by collecting, managing, and interpreting data relevant to marketing and wider business performance
- Work closely with internal teams to understand priorities and provide analytical support aligned with business and marketing goals
- Produce, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and support optimisation efforts
- Identify new marketing opportunities and contribute to performance-driven decisions based on data findings
- Organise and present findings clearly to relevant stakeholders to support strategic planning and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or another relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to gather, organise, interpret, and present large volumes of data accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision across multiple data sets and priorities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Solid knowledge of Excel; familiarity with other data analysis or visualisation tools will be considered an advantage
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be considered a plus
