Position: Events & Partnerships Executive
Location: Limassol or Paphos or Nicosia
On behalf of our client, an affiliate marketing and iGaming company, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Events & Partnerships Executive to support the end-to-end planning and execution of a large-scale professional conference. In this role, we are looking for a person who will serve as a key point of contact, collaborating closely with the Head of Operations while coordinating across internal departments, clients, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of all event activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain lead tracking systems and prepare structured reports on performance and activities.
- Conduct research and analysis to support effective event planning and execution.
- Participate in conference planning meetings and contribute to coordination discussions.
- Engage with prospective clients, deliver presentations, and support lead conversion activities.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of all event requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage client requests and operational needs effectively.
- Support the organisation of internal events such as team-building activities, training sessions, and CSR initiatives.
- Support end-to-end event logistics, including gifting, on-site coordination, post-event communication, and invoice processing.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall event experience.
- Assist in planning the Marketing team’s participation in future conferences, including booth bookings, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and quality-driven approach.
- Strong command of Greek and English, both written and spoken (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
- Excellent organisational and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to last-minute changes, and manage urgent situations effectively.
