Position: Media Buyer
Location: Limassol or Paphos or Nicosia
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing digital performance and marketing organisation, we are currently seeking a Media Buyer to join their team. This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketing professional who enjoys managing paid advertising campaigns, analysing performance data, and scaling high-performing strategies across multiple channels. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution while contributing directly to performance growth and optimisation across key digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms and channels.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and implement continuous optimisations to improve return on investment, cost per acquisition, and conversion outcomes.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, pacing, and delivery to ensure performance targets are consistently achieved.
- Develop, test, and refine audience segments, targeting approaches, creatives, and funnel structures to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives and platform requirements.
- Monitor tracking systems, attribution models, and data accuracy, and troubleshoot any discrepancies or performance issues.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate key insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with developments in paid media platforms, ad formats, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in media buying or paid advertising across B2C digital products, platforms, or services.
- Candidates with experience building media buying structures or managing teams may be considered for a senior-level position.
- Experience working with CPM, CPC, or CPA-based campaign models.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimisation techniques.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple ad formats, including display, native, video, and social media advertising.
- Solid understanding of tracking systems, pixel implementation, and attribution models, with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience conducting A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
