Main duties:
- Build a qualified pipeline through outreach referrals and sector relationships
- Onboard early clients and represent the business at industry events
- Coordinate with compliance during prospect qualification and onboarding
- Share market feedback and deliver against commercial targets
Requirements:
- Two to four years of business development or sales experience in banking payments fintech or relevant sectors
- Active professional network and knowledge of higher-risk banking and payments
- Confident event representation outreach and negotiation skills
- Fluent English and willingness to travel
