- On-site work in Nicosia, with extensive international travel
Main duties:
- Implement, coordinate and manage EU-funded research projects.
- Conduct literature reviews, interviews, surveys and focus groups and produce reports or training content.
- Organise face-to-face and online training, seminars, webinars and workshops.
- Coordinate stakeholders, consortium partners and internal teams.
- Prepare presentations and speeches.
- Contribute to grant applications, tenders and research proposals.
- Represent the workplace at national and EU meetings, conferences and events.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social or Political Sciences, European Studies, International Relations, Adult Education, Communications, Languages, Linguistics or a related discipline.
- Interest in human rights, gender equality, civic engagement, volunteering, youth or social work.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Greek.
- Strong writing, presentation, communication, organisation and time management.
- Initiative, creativity, teamwork, problem-solving and adaptability.
- A Master’s degree, project-management or proposal-writing experience is an advantage.
