Main duties:
- Lead requirements elicitation and management for major card-migration, greenfield-launch and system-upgrade projects.
- Own the requirements phase and coordinate Business Analysts through matrix management.
- Build governance and working relationships with senior client and internal stakeholders.
- Translate client needs into best-practice future-state solutions and efficiency improvements.
- Guide project teams through requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, management and solution validation.
- Provide product and system consultancy, educate clients on functionality and manage expectations.
- Remove delivery obstacles, direct resources and support successful implementation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant business-analysis experience on software projects.
- Card-payments industry experience.
- Experience leading Business Analysts through matrix management.
- Client advisory or consultancy experience in an IT environment.
- Proficiency with document, spreadsheet, presentation and process-mapping tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Visio or Lucidchart.
- Excellent English and the ability to communicate with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel to client premises.
- Understanding of data structures, card-management platforms, large portfolio conversions, professional BA qualifications and AI-tool experience are advantageous.
