Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Lead Client Advisor.

Main duties:
- Lead client implementations, integrations, conversions, product launches and testing activities.
- Manage agreed project scope, milestones, budget, quality and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate training, validation, certification and data-verification work with clients and internal teams.
- Act as a senior adviser on payment-card issuing and integration requirements across international markets.
Requirements:
- At least eight years of relevant client-delivery, payments or implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of payment-card issuing, integrations and regulatory requirements across the UK, EMEA and APAC.
- Experience with TS2, testing or business analysis is an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and delivery ownership.
