Main duties:
- Research and interpret legislation, regulations and legal precedents.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals and other court documents.
- Represent clients in court and develop litigation strategies.
- Interview clients and witnesses and manage evidence and case files.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation.
- Supervise junior legal staff when required.
Requirements:
- Law degree and membership of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- At least four years’ post-qualification litigation experience.
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
- Proven courtroom, legal research, negotiation and case-management skills.
- Ability to manage several cases and deadlines simultaneously.
