Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Litigation Lawyer.

Main duties:
- Manage litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution.
- Develop case strategy, conduct legal research and represent clients at trials, hearings and depositions.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and supporting documents and manage discovery and filings.
- Negotiate settlements, keep clients informed and collaborate with the legal team while maintaining professional ethics.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law or another relevant legal, finance or business discipline.
- At least four years of litigation experience and good standing with the relevant bar.
- Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive law, legal research and written advocacy.
- Excellent case management, courtroom advocacy, negotiation and ethical judgement; familiarity with LexisNexis or Westlaw is useful.
