Main duties:
- Advise on corporate, commercial and financial matters.
- Draft and review agreements, legal opinions and transaction documents.
- Conduct due diligence, legal research and regulatory filings.
- Support clients, business development and cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
- Law degree and Cyprus Bar membership.
- At least four years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Cyprus corporate framework.
- Fluent Greek and English with excellent drafting and organisation.
