Main duties:
- Draft and review commercial contracts, shareholder arrangements, loans, pledges and securities.
- Handle formations, administration, dissolutions and corporate changes.
- Support mergers, court applications, opinions and development projects.
Requirements:
- Law degree, Cyprus Bar admission and two to three years of experience.
- Company-law and legal-drafting knowledge.
- Fluent Greek and English; Russian is advantageous.
- Microsoft Office; legal-practice software is advantageous.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:00; Friday 09:00–15:00.
