Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Corporate Lawyer.

Main duties:
- Administer a portfolio of Cyprus companies and prepare corporate documents, minutes, resolutions and annual returns.
- Handle company formations, Registrar filings, e-filing and the administration of corporate transactions.
- Maintain accurate statutory and KYC records and coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor developments in Cyprus corporate law and ensure timely completion of all filings and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Law degree and membership of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- At least four years of corporate-law experience, ideally in an international technology or comparable business.
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and excellent Greek and English.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, organisation, initiative and analytical ability.
