Main duties:
- Support transaction-advisory and fractional-CFO assignments with financial analysis and research.
- Build financial models, valuations, forecasts and presentation materials.
- Analyse company performance, markets and transaction information and prepare concise findings.
- Assist senior advisers with due diligence and client deliverables.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- One to two years of relevant experience.
- Current CFA Level I candidacy.
- M&A or transaction-services exposure is advantageous.
- Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP or UK GAAP and strong analytical and presentation skills.
