Main duties:
- Advise corporate administrators on company-law matters and prepare constitutional documents, minutes, resolutions and powers of attorney.
- Draft, review and negotiate share-purchase, subscription, option, loan and shareholder agreements.
- Attend court, execute affidavits and obtain orders for incorporations, restructurings, mergers, re-domiciliations and related corporate procedures.
- Support the establishment and administration of trusts and advise on transaction structures under Cyprus law.
- Provide practical legal guidance on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Requirements:
- Law degree and current membership of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- At least five years of relevant corporate and commercial experience, preferably in a law firm or administrative-services provider.
- Excellent legal drafting, organisation and time-management skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English with strong professional communication.
