Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Mid-Level Corporate & Tax Lawyer.

Main duties:
- Advise on Cyprus and international corporate structuring and reorganisations.
- Handle the incorporation and ongoing administration of Cyprus companies.
- Draft and review corporate and commercial agreements, including shareholders’ agreements, share-purchase agreements and other transaction documents.
- Support corporate-governance and regulatory matters.
- Work on Cyprus tax advisory, tax structuring, tax-residency and non-domicile matters.
- Support cross-border transactions and international tax assignments.
- Liaise with clients, accountants, tax advisers, banks and other professional advisers.
- Conduct legal and tax research and prepare opinions, memoranda and client advice.
Requirements:
- Two to five years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate, commercial or tax law.
- Recognised law degree and admission to practise law.
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate and commercial law.
- Experience in, or strong interest in, Cyprus and international taxation.
- Excellent drafting, legal-research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
- Commercial, solution-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
